Payment: I use PayPal Express and Stripe for easy payment processing.

Washington State Residents and Sales Tax: Teasel is located in WA state. By law, I must charge tax to WA residents. Tax is calculated based on the zip code the package will be sent to, and includes the cost of shipping as part of the total cost of goods taxed. At this time, Big Cartel does not allow the option to add destination tax percentages for the 16 different tax zones in WA. Tax is currently set at my location's tax rate of 9.5%. Should you live in a lower sales tax region, the difference will be refunded to your account. I deeply apologize for the inconvenience and suggest you write to your district representative and complain.

 Custom Orders: At this time, we are unable to accept custom orders.

Returns/ Exchanges:  Exchanges, or returns for store credit can be made within 15 days of delivery. Store credit will equal the value of the item(s)returned. Exchanges where the value of the new item is less than the original purchase value will receive store credit for the difference. If the value exceeds the original purchase, buyer will be invoiced for the difference.  Products must be returned in their original, new condition. We cannot give credit for shipping.

Shipping: Items ship within 2-3 business days of payment via USPS priority mail. We are happy to make other arrangements, if you have a special mailing circumstance or are an international customer. Please email us to let us know at [email protected] attn: SHIPPING. International sales require additional calculations and information for shipping and customs.

Shipping costs are estimated to the best of my ability. Should my actual cost for shipping be less than what you were charged, you will be refunded the difference.
